Who we are
GMV Media is a creative studio in Milton Keynes, United Kingdom. We are responsible for the information collected through this website. Our ICO registration number is ZC198660. Questions about this policy can be sent to info@gmvmedia.co.uk.
What we collect
When you send an enquiry we receive the details you type into the contact form: your name, business name, email address, phone number if you choose to give one, and your message. The website also stores one item in your browser’s session storage, named gmv-intro-seen, so the opening animation does not repeat. We do not run analytics, advertising or marketing trackers on this site.
How we use it
We use enquiry details only to reply to you and, if we go ahead with work together, to carry out that work. We do not sell your information, share it with advertisers, or use it to build profiles about you.
How long we keep it
If your enquiry doesn’t lead to work, we delete it after 12 months. If we do work together, we keep the records we need for that work and for our own accounting and legal obligations, then delete them.
Where it is stored
This website and its enquiry records are hosted by the platform provider that runs the site for us, which stores and processes data on our instructions. Fonts are served from this website rather than from a third party, so visiting the site does not send your information to Google.
Your rights
You can ask us for a copy of the information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it. Email info@gmvmedia.co.uk and we will handle your request. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information, you can raise it with the Information Commissioner’s Office at ico.org.uk.
Other websites
Links to Instagram, WhatsApp and other services take you away from this website. Those services have their own privacy policies, which we don’t control.
