1. About these terms

These terms apply to the GMV Media website at gmvmedia.co.uk. GMV Media is the trading name of Gaja Vainoraite, a sole trader. You can contact us at info@gmvmedia.co.uk.

2. Using this website

This website provides general information about GMV Media and our services. Information on the site may change and is not a quote, offer or guarantee of availability. Prices or packages shown (if any) are indicative only. Please contact us to confirm scope, availability and pricing for a specific project.

Browsing the site, sending an enquiry or booking an introductory call does not create a client agreement. Introductory calls are free. We may keep notes of calls in order to respond to your enquiry, as explained in our Privacy Policy. Nothing said on a call is binding until it is confirmed in a written proposal or agreement.

3. Projects and proposals

Paid work, deliverables, timelines, fees and usage rights are agreed separately in writing before any work starts. These website terms do not replace that agreement. If there is any conflict between these terms and a written agreement for a project, the written agreement applies to that project.

4. Intellectual property

Unless otherwise stated, the content, designs, logos and creative materials on this website belong to GMV Media or their respective rights holders. Viewing the site or making an enquiry does not give you any rights to use them. Please ask for written permission before reusing any of them.

Ownership of design files and deliverables for client work is set out in the relevant project agreement.

5. Portfolio and client work

Unless a project agreement says otherwise, we may show completed client work in our portfolio, on this website and on social media, with credit to the client where appropriate.

Clients may ask us in writing not to use their work for portfolio purposes. We will stop using it in future promotional material once we receive that request. We cannot always remove material that has already been published or shared by others.

6. Liability

This website is provided on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any loss arising from your reliance on general information on this website.

For paid projects, our total liability to a client arising from a project is limited to the fees paid by that client for that project, unless the written project agreement says otherwise.

Nothing in these terms limits or excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation, or for any other liability that cannot be limited by law.

7. Third-party links

Our website may link to third-party websites, such as Instagram and WhatsApp, for your convenience. We do not control those sites and are not responsible for their content or practices. Their own terms and privacy policies apply when you use them.

8. Privacy and cookies

How we handle personal data and browser storage is explained in our Privacy Policy and Cookies notice.

9. Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. The date at the top shows when they were last changed. Changes apply to the website from the date they are published.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the law of England and Wales. Any dispute relating to them is subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
